Star Wars 3D News: Darth Vader smells what the Rock is cooking

The weekend box office numbers are in. How did the first episode in the 3D Star Wars Saga fare?

Not well my friend.

Episode One in 3D brought in $23,000,000, and came in at #4 behind The Vow, Safe House, and Journey 2: The Mysterious Island.

Star Wars got beat by a cheesy sci-fi flick sequel starring Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson?

The shroud of the Dark Side has fallen indeed.
