Comic Book News: The Joker is back in Batman #13, and it's no laughing matter

Last week, DC announced the return of the most infamous villain in comic book history, The Joker.

Batman Issue 13 kicks off a five part Halloween-themed story, "Death of the Family", and fans will learn what the Joker has been up to since his disappearance in Detective Comics #1.

What does he have in store for the Bat-Family? And how many joke references to the John Travolta, Nicolas Cage flick Face/Off will all of us make?
