"A week ago, Bleeding Cool unveiled the now-named Hallowe’en Comic Fest offerings from Diamond for 2012, in which comic stores will has special comics in October to sell, give away, or use for promotiuonal purposes as part of the stores’ Hallowe’en activities. This separates it from the Free Comic Book Day tradition where all the comics are intended to be free."
