Game News: Blizzard faces Diablo 3 lawsuit plz RT

It's been a short time since Diablo 3 hit the game world. The launch... did not go well.

Most people could not get the game to work due to Code 37 login errors (a common login error related to server connection issues).

Those who could get the game to work did not get to play for long before the game crashed on them.

Blizzard has, for the most part, fixed most of the issues, and most people are enjoying the game without trouble.

However the South Korea group IPCA (Internet PC Culture Association) have created a website called Diablo III Damage Lawsuit.

Made up of internet gaming cafe businesses, they are claiming a loss of income because their patrons who arrived expecting to play Diablo 3 were faced with login errors and the inability to play. Refunds were issued and they allegedly lost a lot of money.
