"Sculpted at a feverish pace in an artistic fit of nightmare induced creativity, The Horror in Clay is a recreation of the bas-relief crafted by Henry A. Wilcox in the classic H.P. Lovecraft tale, The Call of Cthulhu.
Reproduced by the talented Jason McKittrick, The Horror in Clay is available in a VERY limited run of 50 resin casts. We are proud to offer this story accurate recreation of Wilcox’s horrific creation.
The design features great Cthulhu, among cyclopean masonry, grasping for a terrified Wilcox. The frightful scene is framed with the alien hieroglyphs described in the story which read, “In his house at R’lyeh dead Cthulhu waits dreaming.”
Each “Horror in Clay” is solid hand-cast resin and is individually numbered and signed by artist Jason McKittrick.
Sculpture measures 5” x 6” x 3/4″
This is a very limited run of only 50 casts and will go fast!
The Horror in Clay is $50. Postage is $5 if you are in the United States; if you are not, please email me at michaeldaviswriter@gmail.com for postage costs."
